The numerical ship docking at Lo Dieu wharf is the first air ship to transport weapons to Military Region V and the only non-ship to dock at Binh Dinh waters. Hero of the People's Armed Forces, Lieutenant Colonel Ho Dac Thanh, former Captain of an unnamed ship, is involved in transporting 3 weapons trips to Phu Yen province in particular and 12 trips to the South in general.
The weapons brought in by unnamed ships contributed to the victory of An Lao, Deo Nhong-Duong Lieu, helping to change the southern battlefield to come to unify the country.
Lo Dieu no wharf relic is invested 15.8 billion dong, built on an area of 15,000m2. The highlight of the monument is a part of the ship made of stone, simulating the ancient ship without numbers. This is a place to remember the merits of soldiers of "No 401" ship and a place of revolutionary traditional education for the people of Hoai Nhon district.
