Chính sách thanh toán : 
- Giá phòng đã bao gồm 10% thuế, 5% phí phục vụ.
- Quý khách chỉ cần thanh toán đặt cọc trước 50% giá phòng khi đặt phòng trực tiếp với khách sạn.

Chính sách nhận/trả phòng :
- Nhận phòng : từ 14:00hrs
- Trả phòng : 11:00hrs
- Nhận phòng sớm: tùy tình trạng phòng.

Chính sách trả phòng trễ :
- Việc trả phòng trễ phải được báo cho bộ phận Lễ Tân vào đêm hôm trước và tùy thuộc vào tình trạng phòng của khách sạn.
- Trả phòng trễ từ 15h00 đến 18h00: tính thêm 30% giá phòng
- Trả phòng sau 18h00: tính thêm 50% giá phòng

Chính sách trẻ em :
- Trẻ em dưới 7 tuổi hoặc cao dưới 1,5m được miễn phí nếu dùng chung giường với bố mẹ. 
- Trẻ em cao trên 1,5m hoặc người lớn ở ghép dùng giường phụ: phí giường phụ 270.000 đồng/người/đêm. Chỉ phòng Deluxe trở lên được kê 1 giường phụ/phòng.

Chính sách hủy/thay đổi đặt phòng:
- Nếu quý khách hủy hoặc thay đổi đặt phòng 02 ngày trước ngày nhận phòng sẽ không bị tốn phí và quý khách sẽ được trả lại tiền đặt cọc. 
- Nếu quý khách hủy hoặc thay đổi đặt phòng trong vòng 02 ngày trước ngày nhận phòng hoặc không đến nhận phòng, quý khách phải sẽ không được hoàn lại tiền đặt cọc.
